More than seven fully automatic production lines with the latest technology of can-making industry with a high capacity from reputed world wide awarded can-makers machine manufacturers, capable of producing different sizes and shapes of packaging materials with an international specifications .

We produce a full range of sizes of Tinplate three piece Cans and Drums of conical, rectangular and Square shapes for packing industrial products like Paints, Chemicals, Lubricant as well as Foodstuff and Edible Oil .

Multiple high-tech pressing lines to produce all can components required for our full range of different can sizes and shapes under a continuous quality control .

Printing on Tinplate services

With the best equipped high capacity lithography facility we are able to process the most complicated designs and prints on the tinplate as per customer's requirements.

We have invested in the state of the art German origin machinery. We have purchased the LTG Mailander lines for printing and lacquering as well as an Ovens from LTG for drying the sheets.

We have decided to get our Ink supply from the world best Ink producers to ensure the perfect quality print of Tinplate .

We also setup our in-house fully computerized pre-press center , where we design the Art Works , produce the films and prepare the printing plate .

Tinplate Sheets

In 2000 EMIC added a new Coil Cutting Production Line to backward integrate with current industry , with this coil cutting line EMIC will import the Tinplate in Coil's and will be ready to produce tinplate sheets in any size within the industry standards .

With our Printing facility , we will be ready to supply prime quality printed tinplate sheets for all can makers in the Middle East .

We have decided to have our Tinplate and other raw materials only from selected sources in Europe and the Far East, with the best international class specifications .

We have setup two laboratory with high tech testing equipment's to ensure the best quality to our products .

Stock & Delivery

In order to meet our customer's cans requirements we are maintaining an extensive stock of prime quality raw materials to meet the clients higher than the programmed requirements . We also stock high volume of semi-finished and finished products to ensure a short delivery periods to our clients .

We are ready with high quality packing material and equipment's as well as a high capacity delivery and export facilities with a big fleet of Pick-ups and trucks .
